Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any Agriculture university in any subject.
∎ or
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agronomist, Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Context:
∎ Base Station: Dhaka Head Office
∎ Working area: Khulna Division, Rajshahi Division, Rangpur Division and Barishal Division

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new Dealer and maintain cordial relationship with the existing dealers.
∎ Monitoring and cooperating sales development team.
∎ Drive with marketing team to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation within given budgets.
∎ Properly handle the credit status of every customer in his sales territory.
∎ Prepare and achieve sales budget.
∎ Identify training needs and organize training for farmers/customers to increase industry awareness.
∎ Creating sales opportunity and identifying the target customers for selling product.
∎ Plan & develop brand and category sales goals.
∎ Conduct Review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
∎ Attend and prepare detailed sales meeting, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
∎ Facebook Posts, Facebook boosting, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, SMS campaign.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Encourage to apply minimum 2-3 years of experience in fertilizer industry.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
