∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, flat sales, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary following up.
∎ Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To submit various report to line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real estate Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experience person.
∎ Do not apply if you have no experience in Real Estate Sector.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
