∎ Graduate / Masters / MBA or Equivalent Degree.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Achieve and ensure sales target for the company by Preparing sales budget,
∎ Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan, Building relationship with Farmers & Dealers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Farmers, Retailers & Dealers performance.
∎ Ensure to maximize the potential Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed & Fish Feed Retailer and Dealer.
∎ Build strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, Retailers & End users.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per 'Roof Group' policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the senior.
∎ Develop Areas for Retailers/Dealers.
∎ Use the credit limit within company approved policy.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Poultry/ Fish/ Cattle Feed sales experience get preferred.
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
