∎ Ability to work in a dynamic and diversified working environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with reputed hospital policies and regulations.
∎ Conduct regular audits of financial statements, operations, and processes.
∎ Identify areas of potential risk and suggest improvements to mitigate them.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective internal controls.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
∎ Monitor and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
∎ Conduct special audits and investigations as required.
∎ Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
∎ Provide support and supervision to junior audit staff as needed.
∎ Possess knowledge of VAT, AIT, and TDS.
∎ Understand BIDA regulations, IRC, LC, and shipment procedures.
∎ Costing abilities of hospitals wings.
