∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Corporate Communication, Strong leadership and team management skill

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Country Director, helping him to manage and prioritize his valuable time.
∎ Develop, recommend and implement appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies, programs and policies.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Manage and maintain the Country Director's diary and email account.
∎ Dispatch important letters and ensure proper dispatching and distribution of all outgoing mails and letters to the designated address.
∎ Attend all types of incoming mails, ensure proper distribution and keep regular follow-up to resolve issues.
∎ Works closely with other team members to assure the Country Director's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
∎ To contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Country Director through email, phone calls and other social media.
∎ To keep all documents and records updated and ready for Country Director and assist in his day-to-day official workflow.
∎ Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Country Director, Staff, Business Partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
∎ Follow up with senior staff on tasks given and update to Country Director.
∎ Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
∎ To conduct research/ analysis as directed, to produce reports for Country Director as and when required.
∎ Any other’s task is given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having similar experiences will get extra preference.
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills, Hindi will be added extra advantage.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
∎ Have a Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package with modern IT knowledge.

Salary:
