Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in category management, commercial operations, (Beauty & Personal Care preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, costing, and import-related activities.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or international brands will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage assigned Beauty & Personal care categories, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate product sourcing, import planning, and commercial documentation in alignment with company policies.
Analyze sales performance, margins, and category profitability and prepare regular reports.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth category operations.
Ensure all activities align with Japanese brand standards, quality control, and compliance.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the beauty & personal care sector.
