Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA / M.Com / Masters in Supply Chain from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage Logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service.
∎ Direct, optimize and co-ordinate full order cycle.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transportation costs and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate annual Budget setting process with Factory, Logistics and other departments.
∎ Ensure performance management through monitoring and regular review meeting with all depot managers and leadership team.
∎ Resolve problems concerning transportation & logistics systems.
∎ Co ordinate with planning team to reduce Non moving stock and reduce business waste.
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
∎ Drive and implement Control in all supply Chain processes.
∎ Liaison with all depot in charge for smoothly run the Company.
∎ To manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.
∎ Time to time repot to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient on Computer & MUST be well conversant in Accounting Software.
∎ Proficient in English and MUST be well conversant in Bangla communication.
∎ Experience of working in Logistics department for 5-7 years in Pharmaceuticals Company or Food Industries or relevant industry or Supply Chain.
∎ Good communication, analytical and negotiation skills with strong leadership skills to manage a team.
∎ Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.
∎ MUST have a knowledge in Bangla Typing.
