∎ Age 27 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, including configuration, monitoring, updates, and security patches.
∎ Implement and oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems.
∎ Ensure high availability of server services and troubleshoot server-related issues.
∎ Administer and monitor Network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
∎ Ensure network performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and timely upgrades.
∎ Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, and firewall rules for secure remote access.
∎ Lead or support the development of internal software tools, portals, or systems using modern development frameworks and languages.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to gather software requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and coordinate third-party software integrations.
∎ Supervise a small team of IT support staff and coordinate daily support activities.
∎ Provide escalation-level technical support to resolve complex user issues.
∎ Ensure that IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories are up to date.
