Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing UAT, preparing UAT documents & acceptance test cases.
∎ Incident management, change management, configuration management, campaign management etc.
∎ Ensuring Mobile Financial Service uptime by analyzing system logs for identifying and troubleshooting root cause, and providing 2nd level operational support.
∎ Technical customers complain and ticket handling.
∎ Technical Requirement analysis and solution preparation, working in different projects in parallel.
∎ Solve issues through working with different payment platforms.
∎ Shell and SQL scripting for operational automation.
∎ Issue/bug analysis and root cause finding, dispute solving.
∎ Be the point of contact for operational issues of the respective business teams.
∎ Participate in technical Software Requirement Specification and planning.
∎ Cross-functional works with Reliability & Solution Engineering.
∎ Integration support for peripheral channel middlewares and Payment Gateway.
∎ Full-cycle management of merchants, bill pay aggregators, external bank services etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following technical layers:
∎ APIs, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Shell, Linux/Unix Platforms, Networks, application servers, ELK, Granfana, etc.
∎ Experience in MFS, Offline & Online payments, Card Management systems, Core Banking, Aggregator & e-Commerce payment gateway will be an added advantage.
∎ Clear concept of MFS services such as Cash in, Cash Out, Utility Bill payment processing, Fund transfer, NPSB, EFT, Remittance, Agents, Distributor, Merchant, Payment Gateway etc.
∎ Knowledge of ISO Message specification, PCI-DSS/PA-DSS, VISA, Master Card, NPSB reconciliation and dispute management.
∎ Experience in MFS, Digital Wallet, Card Management System, Core Banking, Aggregator & e-Commerce payment gateway will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
