∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CCTV, Cloud Server, Database management System, ERP Systems, IT Support Service, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, PABX, Software Development, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Good Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including CAT 5/6 Cabling, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Firewall and VPN application.
∎ Configure Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Proxy, FTP etc. under Linux/Windows platform. Servers, IT related equipment in Workstations, Networking Equipment, PABX, CC Camera, Email accounts, and also support for the underlying Server/Desktop Infrastructure.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO, Juniper); Switch (CISCO, BDCOM) & OLT (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA) & Wireless Devices.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Maintenance, update & configure mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.
∎ Configure, install and maintain infrastructure, switch IT, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Responsible for Network Inventory management, capacity & storage planning, and databank maintenance.
∎ Responsible for develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity and security. Also implement standardized MIS procedures across the business applications.
∎ Prepare different kind of MIS related reports as per management requirement.
∎ Develop and maintain mobile application and MIS related software as per business requirement.
∎ Maintaining system backups.
∎ Develop, maintain and update in-house database applications.
∎ Maintenance of the company network (hardware & software) and secure internet access.
∎ Configure and manage IP routing, VPN, security protocol and port security
∎ Responsible for both corrective and preventive, the troubleshooting of malfunctioning software and hardware as well as providing end-users training as required.
∎ Renewal of various licenses relating to IT equipment like windows, ERP, software products.
∎ Support to all users for network, internet and desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and others IT devices.
∎ Raise requisition of IT products and ensure timely issuance of stocks. Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Network administration (Design and Implementation).
∎ Maintain Cloud servers in different platforms like AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google, Local cloud etc. as and when required.
∎ Introduce and integrate all the server hardware and system to the threat detection system.
∎ Install, configure and manage solutions for anti-malware, data loss prevention (DLP), monitoring system, ticketing system, security information and event management (SIEM) etc. IT infrastructure planning and budgeting.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
