Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing audit plan for Financial, Regulatory, Compliance and Operational activities.
∎ Coordinate work to manage risk, legal, compliance and other control related activities with concerned departments/sections.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and ensure control in place to mitigate identified risks.
∎ Perform audit procedure to verify that operations are in control through testing and interviewing.
∎ Identifying control gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout the organization.
∎ Assess, evaluate and ensure adherence to compliance of internal policies.
∎ Cooperate external auditors during the year end statutory audit.
∎ Advise on internal control and strengthen internal audit standards and practices.
∎ Complying, reviewing and implementing any policy/SOP & other control related issues in liaison with Management.
∎ Reviewing periodical reports of Company costing & proposing recommendations to Management for cost optimization.
∎ Reviewing the process of financial & accounting reporting & conducting audit of the financial statement of the Company.
∎ Analyze & evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
∎ Review of accounting procedures and investigation of Finance & Accounts related issue on regular basis.
∎ Identifying and analyzing major financial risks of the Company to ensure proper system in place in liaison with Management.
∎ Ensuring proper system to generate authentic data from all operations for the Management.
∎ Planning with cost control to minimize wastage for increased productivity and efficiency.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job Location will be in Gazipur,
∎ Experienced on Financial Audit in knit Garments Industry.
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job is first priority.
∎ Strong Communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer, Able to correspond via e-mail, ERP.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Possessing positive attitude.
