∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HC Plan, Job analysis & Fulfillment, Employee Orientation, Employee Probation Review, Worker up gradation as per policy.
∎ Structure execute OD Plan as per requirement, Initiate Individual Employee Development program for prospective staff(s), Initiate Leadership Graduation Program for Meghna team, Structure the organizational practice in SOP as per requirement.
∎ Established Vibrant Communication between management & worker, Responsible for Employee care & grievance resolve.
∎ Set competitive pay structure, Ready regular monthly payroll, Control working hour as per projection, Make related reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, Personal file Management, MIS & Documentation.
∎ Report making & analysis based on requirement. (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) Responsible wings will make their report.
∎ Access Control, Security Control, Liaison Maintain with local Community & Government Officials, Housekeeping.
∎ Transport Management, Food Management, Medical Center, Day Care, and Protocol for high official/guest if required.
∎ Make SOP/Policy for Ensure Administrative Practice Standardization.
∎ Prepare & Ensure Readiness to handle any Emergency. Such as Natural/Accidental disaster.
∎ Ensure all types of Social Compliance as per Customer Requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of Environmental Compliance as per Customer Requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of Social Compliance & Customer Requirements.
∎ Lead the coaching activities & guide seniors to develop their team members as business required.
