• Operations experience on Health Care

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily activities of Health Centers.
• Ensuring logistics, documentation and reporting ongoing activities
• Maintain equipment, service delivery information, and performance indicators.
• Assist in coordinating communication between field teams, Head Office and partner organizations.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor field activities and gather feedback from beneficiaries and staff.
• Assist in the implementation of Marketing and Operations plan under the supervision of the Marketing team.
•  Coordinate promotional events, community engagement programs, and awareness campaigns.
• Collect field photos, testimonies and information for marketing reports and digital content. Assist in the creation of posts, flyers, posters and other promotional materials on social media.
• Follow branding and visibility guidelines in the field and campaign locations. Prepare regular reports on operations progress.
• Maintain proper documentation of all field activities, stakeholder meetings and events. prepared for field level performance analysis summaries.
