∎ Attends to and resolves guest issues and complaints.
∎ Taking payments from visitors.
∎ Provides customer satisfaction and retention services.
∎ Any additional work assigned by management or supervisor.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Guest Relation Officer, Guest Service Agent
