Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or equivalent majoring in Accounting & Finance from any reputed University. Additional certification will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Toward control, monitor and execute all Accounts and Finance related functions including voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, software posting, VAT-Tax deduction/payment etc
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, and other reports as required by the Management.
∎ Concoct necessary documents and conduct yearly audit by nominated 3rd party Audit Firms
∎ Control and monitor cash revenue collection and cash expenses, regularly reconcile with other offices
∎ Prepare, control and monitor billing and collection from customers/agencies/vendors
∎ Assist in purchase of tires, lubricants and spares in coordination with the Repair and Maintenance Team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 5-year (s) experience in relevant field. Skill & Competencies
∎ A competent candidate with high degree of honesty and integrity
∎ Personality skill to work with different Teams/types of people (Sales, Transport, Repair and Maintenance, Transport Agents/brokers etc)
∎ Working experience in Transport/ C&F/ managing blue collar employees desirable
