Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, experience in tally prime softwear, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): experience in tally prime softwear, Financial accounting, Microsoft Excel, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally)
∎ Conduct all financial and Bank related tasks and communications & maintain all Bank transactions.
∎ Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations for payable and receivable accounts.
∎ Accommodate Bank Statements and prepare financial statements.
∎ Overseeing Payroll and Tax Compliance
∎ Responsible for maintaining the company's VAT & TAX-related issues.
∎ Having the ability to develop & implement Financial Strategies.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports - Financial Budgets, Financial Projections, Recovery Reports and Cash Flow statements.
∎ Determining Labor cost, project overhead and work in progress, Margin Analysis, Profitability Analysis and Efficiency Variances.
∎ Ensure Compliance with Accounting Standards and Regulations.
∎ Check & make payment of all kinds of bills from suppliers and vendors; keep records in Excel and hard files.
∎ Ensure bank-related transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
