  • Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • MBA or a specialized qualification in International Business/Export Management is a strong advantage.

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

  • Must be willing to undertake frequent international travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the ceramic industry is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in export documentation and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations (Incoterms, customs laws, etc.).

  • Familiarity with export-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Team player with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Development:

  • Target Achievement: Execute sales plans to meet and exceed export volume and revenue targets for assigned territories.

  • Business Development: Identify, research, and evaluate potential new export markets and potential distribution partners/importers.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing international distributors, importers, and key institutional buyers.

  • Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and contracts with foreign clients to ensure favorable and profitable conditions for the company.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and gather intelligence to recommend product/design requirements and sales strategies tailored to specific country demands.

Export Operations & Compliance:

  • Order to Shipment Management: Oversee the entire export process from order confirmation to final shipment, ensuring smooth coordination with production, commercial, and logistics departments.

  • Documentation: Ensure meticulous preparation and timely submission of all necessary export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/AWB, etc.) in compliance with international trade laws and L/C terms.

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize transportation costs and ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance for all target countries to mitigate operational and financial risks.

Reporting & Marketing Support:

  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, weekly/monthly sales performance reports, and market analysis reports for senior management.

  • Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Assist in planning, organizing, and representing the company in international trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and other promotional activities.

  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and product presentations suitable for international markets.
