Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration: Marketing, Management or a tertiary degree.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles Marketing.
Proven experience in sales and marketing experience in the ceramic tiles industry;
Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques; and
Ability to travel as required.
Sales:
To implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the company`s ceramic products (e.g., various tiles);
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, architects, contractors, and end-users;
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of the company`s offerings;
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals;
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales reports to management;
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements; and
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network, promote the company`s products, and gather market intelligence.
Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts;
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the ceramic industry;
Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, website content, social media presence, and other promotional materials;
Participate in marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities;
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization;
Perform duties as assigned by the management time to time.
