Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle different design projects by ensuring concept CAD to sample submission within time frame
∎ Design original pieces, including illustrations and graphics for group- general collection
∎ Review and suggest feedback on co-designers design by ensuring high quality CAD/ Sample
∎ Refine images, fonts, new typography and layouts using graphic design software for trend catalog creations and customer submission boards
∎ Conduct meeting with buyers and as per their specification, develop new products ensuring standardized quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Working experience in women/men/kids knit products as Assistant Manager.
∎ Hands-on Experience with CAD/ Image Editing software, like Photoshop and adobe illustrator
∎ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
∎ Commercially focused with good feasible sampling.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and international market knowledge.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Knowledge of printing/embroidery/washing techniques would be a distinct advantage.
