Responsibilities & Context:

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to reach target audiences.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Analyze website and social media analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns.

  • Provide recommendations for website and user experience (UX) improvements.

  • Identify and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

  • Monitor and manage online reputation and brand presence.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing regulations and compliance.

2. Creative Design & Content Creation

  • Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and object.

  • Prepare final files for production and collaborate with printers or vendors when necessary.

  • Create and edit videos and animations for digital marketing purposes.

  • Support the development of marketing campaigns by providing creative design.

  • Develop content calendars and manage deadlines for content delivery.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights.

  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to expand the customer base.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.

  • Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues and complaints.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor and track customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-centric content and promotional materials.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and digital marketing.

  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

  • Analyze customer data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer relationship initiatives.

5. Technical Support (IT)

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
