Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizations objectives.
∎ Must have good knowledge to create effective sales Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the business growth.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirement.
∎ Act to achieve sales target of the Company.
∎ Supports team member and performs management duties.
∎ Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
∎ Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Organization.
∎ Responsible for the performance of sales team, make sure that the team members complete their duties in time and accurate manner.
∎ Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints.

∎ Marketing, Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Preferable Marble & Granite or Tiles/ Ceramic, Cement Industries, Steel Mills, Developer, Real Estate.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
