Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily Cash management; Cash Collection, Received and Payment & Bank reconciliation (Monthly).
Keeping a record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
Check and ensure that Suppliers' payments are accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made
Proper documentation, time to time update & all Invoice posting in Tally Software for vendor / Supplier payment
Checking all the staff's reimbursement expenses and prepare the summary for payments
Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to management.
Any other Jobs assign by the management.
