Educational Requirements:
∎ Excellent academic credentials; MBA/Master's in Finance/Accounting, Partly qualified in CA/CMA/ACCA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Income Tax related issues;
∎ Oversee TDS, VDS, and taxation compliance processes, ensuring accurate calculations, timely filings, and adherence to all regulatory requirements
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of annual Corporate Tax return and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Liaision and maintaining all Tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain Tax benefits;
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly TAX return (U/s-177) and related documents to TAX authority in timely manner.
∎ Preparation & submission of information regarding payment of salary U/S-108, 108A, withholding tax return u/s 75A, Advance Tax u/s 64.
∎ Preparation & Submission of Salary Information U/S-108 & 108A
∎ Communicate with Appellate Tribunal, Tribunal, when needed.
∎ Communicate to NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
