Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor service schedules and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
Immediate action needs to taken
Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
(like Auto Biochemistry analyzer, Hematology analyzer, Immunoassay (CLIA) analyzer and other medical equipment).
Provide technical guidance and ensure service quality standards are consistently maintained. activities to achieve the yearly operational target.
Source local spare parts and accessories to minimize service costs.
Support the sales team with technical inputs, documentation, and coordination.
Communicate with foreign principals regarding technical and service-related matters.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct project site visits and ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Set up plans and oversee the design, installation, operation, and performance of various types of biomedical equipment.
Conduct calibration, commissioning, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance.
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes aligned with international standards.
Prepare technical specifications, evaluate comparative statements, and support procurement decisions for biomedical equipment.
Develop and maintain standard procedures, testing guidelines, and documentation practices.
Provide comprehensive training on biomedical equipment for engineers, technicians, medical technologists and other professionals.
Report to the Managing Director Directly, about day-to-day work plan and update case by case properly.
