Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Job responsibilities for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing):
∎ Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
∎ Client Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Sales Team Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training and mentoring.
∎ Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
