∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ICAB,ICMAB
∎ Skills Required: ACA ACMA, ACA/ ACMA, ACCA, CA CC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Cash Flow Management, Cost & Management Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of supervising the overall financing & accounting procedure of the organization.
∎ Familiar with TALLY software operation.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements in dual currency system i.e. both in BDT & USD.
∎ Follow up Material Controlling & Inventory Team.
∎ Monitor of funds utilization as per company policy.
∎ Lead the preparation of periodical company financial statements with accuracy and quality within the deadline and ensure that those comply with concerning Regulatory bodies;
∎ Maintain liaison with Bankers, insurance, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies and serve as primary contact with external and internal auditors.
∎ Look after all banking activities and financial status.
∎ Preparing the Monthly Financial Statements.
∎ Assists the Management for analysis of control systems & developing Internal Control inside the organization.
∎ To implement policy and rules for cost controlling issues, safeguard of company assets and cash & cash equivalents.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
