Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Commercial to oversee and manage all Commercial Licenses, Legal Documentation, and Compliance requirements for our Garments Business. The ideal candidate must have strong regulatory knowledge, exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to liaise with Government Authorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely renewal and updating of all company licenses and legal documents, including Trade License, IRC/ERC, BIN/VAT, Fire, Environmental Certificates, etc.
Maintain 100% compliance with commercial laws, garments industry regulations, and government requirements.
Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities for approvals, renewals, and inspections.
Monitor license expiry dates and maintain proactive tracking to avoid penalties or non-compliance.
Handle regulatory inspections and provide necessary documentation.
