∎ Knowledge about FAR Calculation
∎ Conduct meeting with Land Owners.
∎ Convert leads into priority.
∎ Conduct accurate market surveys regarding the price of land.
∎ Negotiation with Landowners regarding land price as appropriate.
∎ Scrutinize land documents.
∎ Prepare feasibility report

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 08 to 10 years in Real Estate Development.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
