∎ BBA/ MBA major in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
∎ Visiting potential clients for new business.
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements.
∎ Making cost estimation rapidly and accurately for clients.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
∎ Negotiating on price, costs, broadcasting and specifications with clients.
∎ Maintain liaison with Traffic section, Production Control Room and Master Control Room to ensure schedule wise broadcasting.
∎ Maintain liaison with Finance & Accounts Division regarding billing issue.
∎ Maintain liaison with Collection Team & with clients to ensure payment.
∎ Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries.
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable, and relevant to job and legal also.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Advertising Agency, Media Marketing Preferably channel marketing
∎ Leadership Skill.
∎ The ability and desire to sell.
∎ Effective written and oral communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong commercial awareness.
∎ A confident and determined approach.
∎ Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
∎ A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
∎ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office (word, power point, excel, outlook etc.).
∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
