∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Implement the Strategic plan for the Product;
∎ Sample development, R&D follow up and size set sample follow up of denim wash & twill dyeing;
∎ Develop new denim and twill dyeing fashion at top & bottom according to the latest trend and forecasts;
∎ Liaison with buyers & suppliers to follow up the product development, sampling & bulk production;
∎ Costing and quote based on development recipe;
∎ Cost minimization of denim wash & twill dyeing;
∎ Record keeping for sample hit ratio, development history for each style;
∎ Recipe formulation & standardize the denim wash & twill dyeing process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sample development, Bulk production & Production Management, (In denim wash & twill dyeing);
∎ Develop a good team under his guidance;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well Conversant in MS-Office, especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point as well as familiar in ERP with SAP/Oracle;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
