Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Cutting plan according to production plan;
∎ Collect sample, cutting pattern and measurement sheet and continue cutting as per technical sheet;
∎ Receive fabric from store as per fabric order sheet and initiate for on-time availability of fabric for staring of cutting on time;
∎ Follow up checking of fabric thoroughly for color contamination, holes, GSM, fabrics relaxation, stain, shade, spot, etc. and take corrective action if any deviation is found;
∎ Prepare order cutting ratio;
∎ Follow-up fabric cutting style wise as per ratio either by lay/hand cutting body according to requirement;
∎ Follow-up all process of fabric cutting to avoid cutting fault;
∎ Follow up excess cutting of fabrics on required percentage to be prepared for further cutting of same style;
∎ Ensure timely sending & receiving of cut product for print & embroidery as per plan;
∎ Maintain on time delivery of cutting body to sewing section;
∎ Ensure wastage management.
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal;
∎ Ensure all report, record, registers preparation, maintenance & inform to concerned authority;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ The applicant must have working experience in Cutting with reputed knit garments.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
