Job Responsibilities:
∎ Offering high-quality Advising & Counseling to prospective students/guardians on their higher education and schooling options over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ Driving student application volumes by following up on leads generated by referrals, social media handles, and in-house student cohorts.
∎ Actively participating in online and offline lead-generation events in coordination with the marketing team.
∎ Creating and Managing students, maintaining visitor's Databases, and regular follow-up with them.
∎ Advise and guide students regarding study options, requirements, visa processing, and enrolment.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online, SMS and Facebook advertisements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skill in English (Preference will be given with background from both 'O' and 'A' levels, or candidates who scored 7.0 or above in IELTS).
∎ Must be able to work in a team and work under pressure
∎ Excellent computer skill is mandatory
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things
∎ Candidates who are looking for long-term work contracts are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication skills
