Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Assistant Manager (Corporate Sales) in Dhaka and Chattogram
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and Chittagong / Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve forecasted sales goals
∎ Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
∎ Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
∎ Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
∎ Search and add new customers and visit their office/factory periodically.
∎ Have technical knowledge to convince clients.
∎ Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives
∎ Set a demo session with the potential customer to convert
∎ Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
∎ Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
∎ Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
∎ Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
∎ Experience in Corporate/B2B sales/B2B partnership
∎ Maintaining client activities in CRM
∎ To generate Daily / Monthly / Half-Yearly / Yearly reports on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance.
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends, and market competition and prepare daily and weekly reports.
∎ Meet sales volume/value and collection targets individually.
∎ Should have the mindset of the frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
∎ Other jobs as assigned by Management.
∎ • Additional Requirements:
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Any type of work deployed by the management if needed
∎ To collect and submit the report to Administration on time.
∎ A weekly report of the own department must be submitted to the Line Manager by Thursday.
∎ Maintain good relationships with the respective departments and the respective Suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive, Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable.
∎ Ability to take challenges, and overcome obstacles with a winning attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Must have computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
