Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve KA department’s annual target and monthly target set by the company.
∎ Achieve KA department’s annual Customer development target set by the company. Coordinate with the team to develop corporate, school clients.
∎ MKT activity planning and implement for school channel.
∎ KA Customer credit collection. Handle customer complaints regularly according to the company's return and exchange system.
∎ After-sales management of KA Dept.
∎ Product Training implement for sales team monthly.
∎ Must have experience in the Stationery/ Distribution business.
∎ Key Account: Completed sales targets & customer development target, established contact with key account customers & formulated long-term development plans & activity programs to increase our company’s market share in KA channels.
∎ MKT: Product Training for sakes team
∎ Achieve KA department’s annual target and monthly target set by the company.
