∎ Masters in any discipline/MBA in HRM from any reputed university with PGD in Compliance will be preferable.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Social Compliance issues in the factory and update for various audit.
∎ Ensure Environmental, health and safety issues in the factory.
∎ Monitor & coordinate about Accord compliance issues in the factory.
∎ Co-ordinate technical/quality/product safety audit in the factory.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within timeline and submit to concerned as per their requirement.
∎ Ensure all required approval for any kind of Certification.
∎ Co-ordinate for CSR activities such as CP12, Eco factory program & etc.
∎ Co-ordinate and arrange all kinds of training, meeting, fire drill & etc.
∎ Monitor daily floor compliance and report to concern department.
∎ Monitor all compliance related maintenance in the production floor and other departments.
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document.
∎ Maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC.
∎ Moderate knowledge about electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC & NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Oeko-tex, HIGG environmental issues, CPI2 & SWAN eco level project and Eco factory project plan A.
∎ Working experience in compliance with large Garments industry.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
Salary: Negotiable
