• Strong knowledge of structural safety, factory building assessment, and remediation works.

• Practical experience in RSC compliance, CAP management, and structural safety requirements.

• Working knowledge of BNBC, DEA reports, structural drawings, and construction project management.

• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Communicate and coordinate with RSC regarding CAP closure, technical meetings, and progress updates for existing and new RSC IDs covering Fire, Electrical, Structural, and Boiler Safety.

• Prepare, update, and submit Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to RSC on a monthly basis for Fire, Electrical, and Structural Safety.

• Coordinate with RSC and Primark regarding structural safety compliance, technical requirements, remediation progress, and necessary documentation.

• Arrange and attend technical meetings with RSC, Primark, consultants, and relevant stakeholders as required.

• Lead structural inspections, assessments, design reviews, repairs, strengthening, and maintenance of factory buildings.

• Ensure compliance with RSC requirements, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Primark standards, and applicable buyer requirements.

• Review Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) reports, structural assessment reports, drawings, calculations, and remediation proposals.

• Ensure civil and structural works are executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and method statements.

• Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with design consultants to ensure technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project budgets, cost estimates, and construction schedules.

• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines while ensuring workplace safety and proper documentation.
