Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a smart & skill team leader for the post of Assistant Manager- Business Development & marketing. Eligible candidates must have the experience in working with corporate sales. Having experience in online promotion and sales. Experience in writing & preparing tender documents is added advantage. Interested candidates should possess excellent presentation & interpersonal skills. Highly motivated & Positive Energy is highly required.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Having at least 3 years’ experience in corporate sales
∎ • Having 2 years’ experience in online marketing will added extra benefit for this position
∎ • Having experience in online promotion and sales
∎ • Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of opportunities.
∎ • Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
∎ • Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and opportunities for sales.
∎ • Develop promotional tools to attain organizational and sales objectives.
∎ • Own implementation of the sales action plan, strategies and sales techniques in order to achieve targets.
∎ • Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team members for ensuring optimum performance and take corrective actions.
∎ • Meet work Targets with Excellent communication skills
∎ • Creative and strategic thinker who can offer new ideas with Professionalism demonstrated at all levels and all times.
∎ • Forms positive working relationships with colleagues.
∎ • Must have sound knowledge on Digital Marketing, Digital Advertisement etc.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ • Probationary period: Six months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
