∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has proven experiences and skills for the position of Assistant Manager - Branding & Communication.
∎ The candidate must have proper knowledge on Planning and execution of all communications and media actions to ensure that products and services meet customers` expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Bear expertise in Digital Marketing and Designing with strong understating of social media trends and impact design / ideas.
∎ Be creative and produce new ideas & concepts.
∎ Represents the company and provides support as needed at various trade shows and conventions.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly.
∎ Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertisement, Branding, Digital Marketing, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture, Industrial Machineries (Generator/ Diesel Engine etc.)
Salary: Negotiable
