∎ Prepare software requirements specification for software development by analyzing process, procedures, automation principles & technology trends
∎ Develop & deploy software maintaining approved procedures & involving related stakeholders & partners
∎ Support in managing software related business configurations
∎ Support in managing problems & escalations
∎ Participate in related cross-functional projects
∎ Provide technical training to related stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of experience as business analyst or software developer or software project
∎ manager in Software or ICT industry
