- Experience: The applicants should have experience in Accounts and Finance Department. Working in agro business Company will be preferable.
- Sound knowledge on overall banking operations
- Understanding of Tax and VAT.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Finance
- Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and management of Fixed Assets
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed financial decisions
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Accounts based in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager - Accounts will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, recording journal entries, managing fixed assets, assisting in financial planning. Dealing Tax and VAT, Other duties include maintaining books of Accounts, banking day to day transaction, Credit control, regulations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with factory and sales team members to meet organizational goals.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Structure: Gross Salary Tk 30,000-Tk 40,000 per month depending on candidate. In addition to Lunch allowance, Annual performance Bonus, Festival bonus.
