Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and check daily cash book.
∎ To prepare and check bill, voucher, journal as per rules and regulations.
∎ To prepare and check Debit and Credit notes.
∎ To prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ To prepare closing stock register.
∎ To prepare Supplier ledger.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Prepare different reports based on the requirement.
∎ Other tasks assigned by department’s requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on MS Office, especially on MS Excel. Should be well conversant in English. Should have the mentality to work under pressure.
