Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash & bank transactions, and cash flow statements.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and cash transactions.
∎ Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses.
∎ Record bill, voucher and ensure posting on ERP software
∎ Maintain necessary books of accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly sales & client report.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement monthly.
∎ Prepare different kinds of financial report on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Prepare monthly management accounts for Board of Directors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical Experience on Microsoft office Package and ERP software
∎ Priority for applicants with 2-5 years' experience in the real estate sector.
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills
