∎ MBA/BBA in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for processing of all plant related financial payments (bills, approvals, vouchers, summary statements, receipt and payments, income and expenditure).
∎ Pass all types of entries into the company accounting system, taking care of data validation and compliance matters, according to current regulations, company policies and SOPs.
∎ Provide basic financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data and preparing accounting reports.
∎ Assisting the finance department with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
∎ Collecting supporting documents of financial transactions while entering account information and entries.
∎ Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounting information.
∎ Supporting the management in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
∎ Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
∎ Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar position will be preferred
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
