Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Electronics Engineering or SSC and 2/3 years trade course completed from any reputed Technical Training Institute with practical experience on Mobile Phone Servicing work.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: NA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate student's collection campaign/mobilization program.
∎ Collect & enroll target student's by following policies/Manuals and guidelines.
∎ Prepare daily lesson plan by following curriculum/module.
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical classes as per the approval curriculum.
∎ Ensure targeted/maximum attendance for the students.
∎ Follow up students to reduce drop out.
∎ Extended necessary support to the job placement cell/officer to process of employment generation of trained youth.
∎ Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and materials.
∎ Perform different task on mobile phone servicing work (hardware and software) including identifying and solving all hardware related problems, software installation and multimedia, lock/unlock, flash etc. with different brand mobile phone handsets.
∎ Arrange on job training for the trainees.
∎ Keeping records on trainees profile and assist to update MIS/TMS database.
∎ Assist to coordinator to distribute certificate among the successful graduate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical experience as Assistant Instructor / Trainer from any reputed Technical Training Institute, 5 years for diploma engineer and 10 years for trade course person with practical experience on Mobile Phone Servicing work.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
