Job Context:
∎ In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are looking to hire a technical writer to join our tech team. Along with developing comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards, the incumbent has to gain a deep understanding of the products and services and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content. The incumbent also has to write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turn insights into language for user success, and develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit, hire, and onboard data annotators based on projected resource requirements.
∎ Train and develop the data annotators to ensure a thorough understanding of annotation guidelines and performance expectations.
∎ Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high productivity levels.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance the performance and skills of the team.
∎ Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within the hub's operations.
∎ Keep the team motivated and focused on delivering services and achieving expected goals.
∎ Manage and resolve issues as they arise, and proactively identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
∎ Analyze risks and plan around them to minimize or eliminate their impact.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of company policies and processes.
∎ Have a thorough understanding of each project's guidelines and requirements, ensuring all team members have the necessary resources.
∎ Monitor and communicate the progress of throughput, quality, and resourcing initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
∎ Coach and mentor the delivery teams, establishing career growth paths and providing necessary support for their success.
∎ Provide constant feedback on performance and coach team members to close performance gaps.
∎ Organize and coordinate the day-to-day work to deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
