Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in Hospitality/ Tourism management.
∎ Skills Required: Housekeeping

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Housekeeping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides support to the Executive Housekeeper in all areas of Housekeeping operation
∎ Maintains high quality of housekeeping standards in the guest rooms, linens & uniforms, lost and found procedures, laundry and, public areas
∎ Maintains clear and efficient communication and coordination with the Front Office and other departments of the hotel
∎ Schedules periodic major cleaning projects on a weekly and monthly basis
∎ Investigates concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
∎ Ensures that the status of guest rooms is updated at all times in the PMS
∎ Co-ordinates the work of vendors (Pest control, outsourced services etc.)
∎ Attends to guest complaints and takes service recovery measures if required
∎ Reviews the housekeeping points on the guest feedback forms, takes actions on guest complaints
∎ Helps to prepare the annual housekeeping budget and takes co-responsibility for monthly P&L results
∎ Submits requests for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment
∎ Prepares store requisition, purchase other supplies and equipment
∎ Monitors par stock on all housekeeping guest supplies and linen
