∎ Very good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point.
∎ Advanced with report writing skill.
∎ Experience of working in refugee context is an added advantage.
∎ Cultural and gender sensitivity, adaptability, willingness to travel.
∎ Adaptable, flexible, able to deal with a wide range of conflicting needs and demands.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla language.
∎ Minimum Graduation degree in English, Management, economics, or related field.

∎ Minimum Graduation degree in English, Management, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Country Director in preparation of briefing and/or position papers.
∎ Maintain liaise with different program and program support teams to coordinate meetings, prepare reports, disseminate necessary changes or information.
∎ Assist and coordinate in any official Event Celebration in Dhaka office, as needed.
∎ Undertake any other official duties as required by the team and organization when necessary, such as during crises, emergencies, and other major events.
∎ Coordinate meeting schedules on behalf of CD, especially in the absence of the CD.
∎ To sort the Country Director’s incoming mails and to provide comprehensive secretarial support in relation to correspondence logging, forwarding, prioritizing, and responding.
∎ Assist grants team with necessary proposal review and work closely with business development unit in Dhaka office.
∎ Purpose of the Role
∎ The position will work under the direct supervision of Country Director and will be responsible for playing key role in facilitates the work of the Country Director by providing logistical and communication support. Provides day-to-day coordination for grants administrative operations including preparation and processing of contracts and reports for/on behalf of CD. The position will assist in the execution of communications strategies for grants and CD’s day to day operations, offer administrative support to projects and in-house teams. Create and edit communications copy (e.g. press releases, publications, social media posts, proposals). Help to maintain web content and implementation of social media strategies Rohingya Response to facilitate IRC’s access to operate. (S)he will work closely with the Grants team based in Dhaka and Cox's Bazar as well as Program Coordinators in Cox’s Bazar, under direct supervision of Country Director.
