Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA Major in Marketing or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with sales planning and organization design, including sales quotas, targets, and sales territories
∎ Make recommendations based on trends/analyses, market conditions, company direction/KPIs, etc.
∎ Use customer data and automation tools to provide recommendations on target markets for sales initiatives
∎ Support strategic initiatives by providing & maintaining system implementation, business monitoring and ensuring alignment.
∎ Communicate plans, achievement against plan, goals etc. to sales management and team members.
∎ Identify sales training needs and partner with subject matter authorities and the Sales Director to provide training to the sales team, as well as onboarding for new sales associates
∎ Lead the administration of sales compensation and participate/lead sales compensation analyses/updates.
∎ Build rich and insightful reports, as well as dashboards that measure critical metrics.
∎ Monitoring after sales service team accordingly.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12-15 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
∎ Leadership qualities
∎ Combination of skills and experiences that may include prior industry experience, general management, sales and other relevant background.
∎ Mentality to work under pressure.
