Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA Major in Marketing or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sales & Service of Generator, Substation, Transformer.
∎ Establish initial contact with clients.
∎ Support Sales & Services in the process of getting business from clients.
∎ Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
∎ Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
∎ Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan Industrial Equipment & Machinery (Complete Operation line machines).
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
∎ Leadership qualities
∎ Mentality to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
