∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall controlling and management of corrugated cartoon packaging factory.
∎ Design, implement, and facilitate long term and short term business plan for corrugated cartoon packaging.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning.
∎ Maintain close liaison with marketing department for receiving Buyer's order and scheduling production program.
∎ Monitor and ensure on time delivery of cartoons to different export oriented garments factories in order to shipment schedule.
∎ Provide requisitions for procurement of papers to make the production program in consultation with marketing department.
∎ Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of relevant experience from any Corrugated Carton out of which 1- 2 years should be in similar position.
∎ Demonstrated experience in corrugated cartoon process, policy and systems.
∎ Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals.
∎ Excellent leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Familiar with MS-Office.
